This 46-floor upmarket residential tower is located on a highly desirable street on Central Hong Kong Island. Requiring a modern perspective, Scape's role included the design of the Entry Drive and Porte Cochere, 7th floor pool deck, 22nd floor sky garden and the 46th floor penthouse roof garden.

Working closely with the local consultants, Scape has created a unique pool deck environment with opportunities for family groups of all ages. Built entirely over car park deck, the design includes a private spa garden, events space, BBQ deck, spa pool, lagoon and a children's playground as well as 6 sculptural stone water features.

The 22nd floor sky garden with 5m double height ceilings provides the ideal location for informal dining set amongst colourful tropical plant species, whilst the inbuilt spa, dining area and outdoor lounge within the penthouse roof deck garden will provide breathtaking views over the city.
